Terms of Service
1. The service
tnhp ("the app") is a client-side application that lets you connect to proxy or VPN servers using configurations you provide. The app does not include or operate any servers; we are not a network service provider. Your connection goes only to the proxy whose configuration you imported.
2. Acceptable use
By using the app you agree that you will not use it to:
- Violate the laws or regulations of your jurisdiction.
- Distribute malware, perform attacks against third parties, or facilitate any activity that is illegal where it takes place.
- Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights.
Tunneling traffic does not exempt you from local law. You are responsible for what you do with the connection.
3. Third-party servers
The server you connect to is operated by a third party — possibly yourself, possibly a commercial provider, possibly a friend. tnhp has no relationship with that party and makes no representations about its reliability, performance, or honesty.
We are not responsible for traffic the proxy operator logs, leaks, misroutes, or otherwise mishandles. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the configuration you import.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against attack, or available at any particular time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total cumulative liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the app — which is zero.
6. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering or supporting the app in any jurisdiction without notice.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
